Are they socialized ?

What do we all know about being socialized? belonging to good family , good acquaintance, having high- profile parties , educated parents ...admission in five-star schools... but does this list of materialistic gaining make a person socialized ? If belonging to these list of categories makes a boy or girl so civilized, then why do when girls pass through slums, they aren't disturbed by slum people but boys from so-called standard families having drugs, smoking inside a hut kind shop and tease girls? We say slum people don't acquire good education, don't have good jobs and we say they are dirty , and all nuisance is done by them. If it is so then why after the school hours when I am out of school , the student coming from  so-called  good family boy calls me ( oi item ) and disturbs me and when I pass through slums boys calls me like " didi can you please give me side ? " At-least a boy staying in slum doesn't make a girl pregnant in the name of relationship and leaves her away by calling her bitch as the so-called good boys, who call themselves socialized. A girl form (so-called good family) roams around with so many boys... Gets involved in sex, having plenty of abortions is not called a prostitute but a good girl... And after her completion of vulgar entertainment she gets married to a ' again I would call it so-called good family “to that very so-called good boy. But when a slum girl, haves a relationship or crush" which usually everyday gets changed now" is called a slut..a bitch ..a prostitute, why ? Just because her family doesn't have a good financial status, just because she can’t buy clothes from Pantaloons , fab etc ...just because she cant get education from convent schools or English medium schools ? If she coming from slum commits any mistake everybody shouts as if she murdered someone and makes her feel as degraded as possible. Society destroys her and when she commits suicide “everyone says, what else can happen to such girls". So? Who are called socialized? It’s a forgotten issue of what is called being social? Who are called social animals? And what is called being socialized?
